You can't change
what you can't see.
SpentOn is a mirror for your money — not a budget that nags. It reflects where your money actually goes, automatically, so understanding drives change.

A mirror, not a map
Budgets fail because they're a map to a place you've never seen.
So arbitrary limits get abandoned. SpentOn flips the order: see clearly first. Money is the most honest record of how you actually live — reflect that, and realistic targets stop being a guess.
First, SpentOn just watches.
Connect your email once and every expense shows up on its own — receipts, bank and card alerts, salary, subscriptions. No labels, no limits, no nudging to spend less. Pure reflection, so you finally see your real baseline.
- Zero manual logging — your bank already emails every charge
- No judgment by design — a guess we haven't earned would be a lie
- Every number real: confirmed, your share, your currency

It connects the dots — so you don't.
A Swiggy order and the restaurant's receipt are one dinner, not two. A card statement is a summary, never a second charge. SpentOn synthesizes the mess into clean truth, and what it finds waits in a queue — held out of your totals until you say OK.
- Nothing counts until you confirm it. Found money sits in escrow — your approval makes it real.
- A queue that shrinks as you tap. Progress you can feel, not a wall of data entry.
- It revises itself. A later email (an EMI, a refund) updates the earlier conclusion.
Then you sort it — into how you live.
With a month of real spending in hand, group your outflows into three honest lenses. Not accounting buckets — a reflection of what your money says about you. Habits and Obligations are proposed; Values, only you can name.
- Habits — the things you repeat
- Obligations — the things you owe
- Values — what you chose on purpose (you name these)
Where it actually went
last 30 daysValues is named by you — only you know what you treasure.
Only now do budgets appear — earned.
Once you've seen your baseline, budgets and goals unlock as a natural next step — targets you set because you finally understand yourself. Not limits imposed on day one. The kind that actually hold.
Earned, not default
Until you've seen enough, budgets stay a motivating unlock — never a dead wall.
From your real life
Built from how you actually spend, weighed against what you value.
Momentum you feel
Watch the picture resolve and the goals fill — progress, not restriction.
“Money is the most honest record of how you actually live. So we made a mirror that never lies in it — and let understanding, not rules, drive the change.”
The SpentOn principle
Money is relational
Who you spend on is part of who you are. Splits, people and settle-up are built in — for knowing and reflecting your life, never as a budgeting gate.
Only what's financial
A triage step discards non-financial email before any AI sees it. Never your SMS.
Read-only & revocable
A scoped link to your inbox. SpentOn can never send, delete, or change your email.
Encrypted at rest
Sensitive email content gets an extra layer of field encryption in storage.

Questions, answered
What is SpentOn?
SpentOn pioneers Awareness First Budgeting. It's a mirror for your money: it automatically reflects where your money actually goes — captured from your email, with no manual logging — calmly and completely. The belief is simple: you can't change what you can't see. Understanding comes first; budgets come later, earned.
How is this different from a normal budgeting app?
Most budgeting apps hand you limits on day one — a map to a place you've never been, so you abandon them out of frustration. SpentOn flips it: it shows you your real spending clearly first. Once you can see your own baseline, realistic targets become an obvious, data-backed step instead of an arbitrary guess.
Do I have to log my expenses?
No. SpentOn reads your financial email — receipts, bank and card alerts — and reflects every transaction automatically. A manual path exists for anything it can't see (like cash), but you usually don't have to touch it.
Will it judge my spending or nag me to cut back?
No. For your first stretch with SpentOn it does nothing but reflect — no labels, no limits, no nudging to spend less. The mirror shows you the truth of how you live; it never shames you for living your life. Change comes from seeing clearly, not from guilt.
What are Habits, Obligations and Values?
After SpentOn has watched a while, it helps you sort your spending into three honest groups: Habits (the things you repeat), Obligations (the things you owe), and Values (what you chose on purpose — only you can name those). It's not accounting buckets; it's a lens on how you actually live.
When do I get budgets and goals?
Once SpentOn has reflected roughly a month of your real spending — or enough of it. Budgets are earned, not imposed: you set them because you finally understand your own baseline, which is exactly why they hold instead of getting abandoned.
Does SpentOn work outside India, in my currency?
Yes. SpentOn is global from day one — it works for anyone, anywhere, in any currency, from the one input almost everyone already has: email.
Is my financial data safe? Does it read my SMS?
SpentOn reads only financial email — never your personal mail, and never your SMS. Sensitive content is encrypted at rest, every user's data is isolated, and you can export or permanently delete everything at any time.
