Terms of Service
Last updated 10 June 2026
These terms govern your use of SpentOn. By creating an account or connecting your email, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What SpentOn is
SpentOn is a personal-finance tool that reads your financial email to reflect and help you understand your spending. It is informational guidance, not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own money decisions. Always verify against your bank's own records before acting.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
- You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure.
- You only connect email accounts you own or are authorised to access.
Accuracy & limits
We work hard to extract and categorise correctly, and every number is traceable to its source — but automated reading of email isn't perfect. Some figures are estimates. The service is provided "as is", without warranties, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of its output.
Acceptable use
- Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with its operation.
- Don't use it for any unlawful purpose.
Your data
How we handle your data is covered by our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.
Changes & termination
You can stop using SpentOn and delete your account at any time. We may update these terms; we'll change the "last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
